Jain Monks Vaccination
Most of the saints and monks associated with Jain society are traveling
throughout their lives. For this reason, there is no permanent identity like the
Aadhar card and identity card. A government identity card is required for corona
vaccination. So there was a problem with their vaccination. TheBJS Delhi as a key
facilitator took the front on this problem and started the initiative.
After talking to the top officials, the solution was found. General Secretary BJS Vijay Jain said that our objective was that not a single person should be left out in vaccination, so we took this initiative, there are about 175 Sant Maharajs sitting in Delhi. Vaccination has been started at three places in Shastri Park, Sabhapur village and Ghonda, the remaining places will be vaccinated as per the requirement…

Mobile Dispensary Seva
Bhartiya Jain Sanghatan (BJS, Delhi) has initiated a Mobile Dispensary facility at
your doorstep in small towns that come under 200-250 KM AREA around Delhi
and in these neighboring states – UP, Haryana, and RAJASTHAN.
These mobile dispensaries will have DOCTOR, NURSES, Covid-19 Treatment MEDICINES, RAPID ANTIGEN TEST KITS, OXYGEN SUPPORT WITH 2 BEDS, NEBULISERS/ OXYGEN PULSE METER in the buses. All the medicines that will be prescribed will be given out on a free of charge basis to the beneficiaries…

Ground Volunteer Support
Hospitals are ground zero in the war against COVID-19. Like any other war, this
one needs troops aplenty — not only doctors, nurses and others with medical
prowess, but also patient and kind souls to guide and coordinate with the
teeming masses that flock to them in fear. As a part of the disaster management
organization, BJS embarked upon Govt. hospitals by leveraging its team of
dedicated volunteers.
Our primary focus was to reduce risk of coronavirus transmission in the hospitals and to fulfill the shortage of support.
